We are so excited to offer Yoga at the Costa Mesa (SOCO) Farmers' Market!
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or have never practiced yoga before, this class is for you! Come be outside, enjoy the sun and community, and move your body before doing your weekly Farmers' Market shopping!
Those who participate in the class get a double punch on their rewards card!
Bring your shopping bag, your mat, water and a small towel, and meet us in the market!!
Our teacher Viktoriia is a certified yoga instructor with a passion for community-based wellness and accessible movement practices. She has a people-centered compassionate approach that allows her to support both physical and mental well-being.
She values contributing to the community and currently teaches free Vinyasa classes at a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu studio in Costa Mesa on Sundays. Her goal is to create inclusive, grounding and supportive classes that help people reconnect with their bodies, manage stress and build resilience through movement.
