Join us Wednesday, November 4 at 6:00pm for our free monthly class at St. Pete Pier. Katelyn Grady will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll practice as the sun sets over downtown St. Pete.
Bring your mat and dress for comfort. Registration is appreciated but not required.
Donations collected this month will benefit Feeding Tampa Bay. FTB works across 10 West Central Florida counties to transform how our region addresses hunger, food insecurity, and community health. Through Feeding Pinellas Empowerment Center located in St. Petersburg, they bring vital food resources directly to our local neighbors. This includes their free local food pantry and Trinity Cafe, a full-service restaurant serving free, hot, chef-prepared meals every weekday with dignity and respect.
Your donations will go toward general operating support for Feeding Tampa Bay/Feeding Pinellas. Your support helps keep the center running, funding hot meals, stocking the shelves, and ensuring our Pinellas County neighbors have a warm, welcoming space to receive the nourishment they need.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class, or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga, or on site with cash.
This class is offered by The Body Electric Yoga Company, your St. Pete home for mindful movement.
