About this Event
Free one-hour, outdoor yoga classes in the park is presented by Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center.
Open to all ages and levels of experience, and features certified instructors.
BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and any other accessories you would like to use.
Participants are asked to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, as water will not be provided until further notice.
Held the FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH THROUGHOUT 2026 AT 9:30 AM. Classes meet at Bayview Park on the dock directly adjacent to the dog beach following the monthly schedule of:
