This fully funded workshop - delivered by Sales Geek - will cover the history and basics of DISC, followed by a walk-through of each style in depth - Dominant, Influential, Steady, Conscientious - including their traits, colour codes, population prevalence, and typical careers.
We'll then move into application: how to speed-read a prospect's profile from their behaviour, how to open and structure a meeting differently for each type, "power statements" and evidence types that land best with each style, and how to close a sale using language tailored to the buyer's profile.
It's a practical, self-and-other-awareness session aimed squarely at helping sellers adapt their approach to different personality types in live sales.
