Beginner-friendly and practical
Join us at Grandmaster Han’s & Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy for a FREE Women Empowered self-defense seminar. In this supportive, hands-on session, you’ll practice practical Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques and learn how to respond to common threats.
During the seminar, you’ll learn how to:
• Use your voice and body language to establish boundaries.
• Break free when someone grabs you.
• Respond when someone tries to push you or take you to the ground.
• Escape when an attacker pins you to the ground.
You don’t need martial arts experience to get started. We’ll guide you through the techniques step by step, giving you the opportunity to practice and ask questions.
Bring a friend, your daughter, your sister, or come on your own—everyone starts somewhere.
