Hands-on session led by a female professional martial artist and security expert from Women's Self-Defense UK. Teaching practical techniques that anyone can use, regardless of experience or physical strength, to prevent and defend against threats.
In this 2 hour class, you will learn:
- Body language, assertiveness, and de-escalation tactics
- Distance control and exits, blocks, strikes, and breakaway techniques
- Self-defence law and how to improve personal safety
Please bring comfy clothes and water.
