More than one sexual assault happens every minute in the United States. The U.S. Department of Justice's National Crime Victimization Survey, the largest and most trusted crime study in the nation, recorded 560,890 rapes and sexual assaults in 2024, the most recent data available. Most of these attacks are not a fair fight. They happen at close range, usually against someone larger and stronger, and many end on the ground. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu was built for exactly that situation. It relies on leverage and technique, not size and strength.
Join us for our free Annual Women's Self-Defense & Sexual Assault Prevention Seminar, offered to our community every year since 2013.
