Each participant goes at their own pace and level. No one will get hurt! Learn how to handle hair pulling, using your voice, distance control as well as practice punching techniques and much more.
Wear comfortable clothing (T-shirts and sweat pants/yoga pants are recommended) and bring a bottle of water.
