📢New time for the Women’s Mind Body WalkWe’ve decided to change things up! We’ve listened, reflected and adapted.
From Tuesday 13th October, Mind Body Walk is moving from Tuesday evenings to daytime and there are a few reasons why.
We want the walk to feel accessible, enjoyable and most importantly comfortable for the women joining us.
Walking during daylight means we can make better use of our local park, enjoy some fresh air and greenery.
And daytime brings new opportunities too…
💻 If you work from home, it’s a chance to step away from your computer, move your body and reset your mind.
🔶If you’re retired or have more flexibility during the day, it’s a reason to get out, move, meet other women and enjoy some company.
🔶And if you simply want some time away from the busyness of everyday life, or looking for something new to do, you’re welcome too.
This isn’t about how many steps you do, how fast you walk or how fit you are.
It’s about movement, connection, getting some vitamin D and looking after your mind and body.
Kim will continue to lead the walks, and we’d love to welcome some new faces. 🤗

The walk will take place in Mayesbrook park every week
