About this Event
Honoring Our Heroes, One Breath at a Time!
This Veterans Day, True Nature Yoga Studio is saying THANK YOU to those who have served with a special gift of movement, mindfulness and relaxation!
We're excited to invite veterans and their family members to join us for a FREE Veterans Day Yoga Class!
Together, we'll take an hour to slow down, stretch, breathe, and reconnect through gentle movement and mindful relaxation. It's our small way of showing appreciation for the sacrifices, strength, and dedication of our veterans and the families who support them.
