About this Event

About this event

Join us for a free, face-to-face training session designed for Personal Assistants, including self-employed PAs.

Delivered by Disability.Inc and lived-experience facilitators, this session will explore the Social Model of Disability and what it means in practice when supporting disabled people.

The session will provide an opportunity to build your knowledge, reflect on your approach and develop your confidence in providing person-centred, empowering support.

Whether you're an experienced PA or newer to the role, this is an opportunity to learn, share ideas and connect with others working in PA support.

The training is completely free to attend.

We want the training to be as accessible as possible. Support may be available with travel costs and, where attending would otherwise mean leaving someone without their usual support, please contact us to discuss whether replacement/backfill costs can be supported.

Places are limited, so early booking is encouraged
