Free Tennis Fitness Class for Juniors!Hey Guys!
My name is Jakob, I am the Fitness Director at BRSC and A Plus! We have been working with both our local collegiate team, as well as all of the top Mid-Atlantic kids from 12-18 years old!
We recently renovated our performance gym in Burke, VA and to celebrate, will be doing a free strength, power, and injury prevention session for tennis players.
This will be Saturday October 10th at 12pm! We will only have 16 spots! If you would like to attend the free session, please email [email protected] your childs name, age, tennis level, and your phone number!
