FREE Teen Art Workshop-Creating Collographs
The Smart Project invites local youth in grades 7–12 and their parents to join a free hands-on Collograph Printmaking workshop. No prior art experience is necessary. All materials and supplies are included.
This workshop is inspired by printmakers Glen Alps and Luanda Lozano. Students will explore intaglio and relief surfaces, registration techniques, embossing, pattern, texture, and color mixing to create expressive layered prints.
All materials will be provided at no cost. Lunch and snacks will be available for all participants. Students will work with professional teaching artists in a creative and welcoming space.
