About this Event

FREE Edutherapy & Coaching Workshops

These friendly, supportive morning workshops at Armthorpe Library are designed to help local people better understand and manage stress, overwhelm and the pressures that can come with financial hardship and challenging life circumstances.

Funded through the Crisis & Resilience Fund, the sessions combine simple education with practical coaching tools to help you understand what happens within your body and mind when life feels difficult and, importantly, what you can do to support yourself.

Together, we’ll explore things such as stress and the nervous system, emotional resilience, unhelpful patterns and behaviours, confidence, boundaries and simple everyday tools that can help you feel calmer, more in control and better able to cope.

These sessions are not therapy, and you don’t need a diagnosis or to be struggling at crisis point to attend.

They are simply a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space to learn, connect and develop practical tools for everyday life.

Free to attend. No previous experience needed. Come exactly as you are.

These are 3 Session blocks beginning Monday 5th October at 10am - 1pm
