This event is sponsored by Texas Sports Academy and is free to attend, but you must RSVP.
Train like an athlete at Better Me Fitness & Performance in Little Elm. Coach Kwan is opening his gym for a sports performance class built around the same style of training his athletes do every week: speed, strength, movement, and the mindset that ties it all together. Kids work harder when they train alongside other kids, so this is a big group session with plenty of energy.
No experience needed. Whether your athlete plays three sports or is just getting started, the session is scaled to meet them where they are.

Session times may be adjusted based on RSVPs. We will let every family know ahead of time if anything changes.
Who can attend
Young athletes ages 8 to 18 of any experience level.
What to bring
Workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
Registration
Reserve one free student ticket for each participating athlete, choosing the session that matches their age. Accompanying adults do not need a ticket. If you already registered on the Texas Sports Academy community event page, please do not register again here.
