About this Event
Sound + Space is a monthly community gathering designed to support rest, reflection, and embodied awareness through sound and somatic practices. This three-month series, starting October 27th at 6-8pm, offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the grounding and calming effects of sound in a shared community setting.
Each session is guided by Camille Flournoy of Syringa + Pine Creative, a creative embodiment coach, educator, and sound practitioner with over a decade of experience in education and community-based spaces. Camille’s work blends sound, mindfulness, embodiment, and reflective practices in an accessible, trauma-informed, and non-performative way that welcomes participants exactly as they are.
Sessions include guided sound journeys using crystal singing bowls, gentle movement or breathwork, and time for reflection and integration. Each month explores a different theme centered around “space,” allowing participants to build awareness, resilience, and connection over time.
This program is open to adults of all backgrounds and experience levels. It is especially supportive for educators, caregivers, creatives, and community members seeking rest, reflection, and grounding. No prior experience with sound healing, meditation, or embodiment practices is required.

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING
This is a continuing monthly program from September through December.
REGISTER ONLY ONCE. Your Eventbrite registration reserves your seat for the entire Handle With Care series. You do not need to register separately for each monthly session.
Because Eventbrite does not currently offer a convenient way to register once and automatically add each individual program date to your calendar, we’ve made it easy to add the dates yourself:
Visit cultureforchangefoundation.org, scroll down to the Google Calendar, click on Handle With Care, and select the option to add the event to your personal calendar.
If you simply want the program dates on your calendar and do not need to reserve a seat through Eventbrite, you can also use the Google Calendar on our website.
Please remember that space is limited to 20 participants. If you register, we ask that you make every effort to attend the series so that these limited seats are available to those who plan to participate.
Registration & Donation
A donation is required to hold your seat.
Culture for Change Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We work hard to keep programs like Handle With Care accessible to our community rather than charging traditional class or workshop fees.
Your donation is the cost of the workshop and directly helps us continue offering cultural, educational, and community programs like this one.
Your support—and your commitment to showing up when you reserve one of our limited seats—helps us keep these programs running.
Thank you!
