Free Sound Healing in the Park | Green Gables Park, Lakewood
Step away from stress and reset your mind and body with a deeply relaxing free community sound healing experience in the park.
This is a gentle, guided sound healing experience held outdoors under the trees, and next to a lake.
You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while being immersed in calming sound frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes.
The session is designed to help you relax deeply, slow your nervous system, and release stress without any effort or experience needed. You simply arrive, get comfortable, and receive.
You may experience a sense of calm, emotional release, mental clarity, or deep rest. Each session is unique, your only job is to rest and receive.
