Come ready to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, welcoming environment.

What’s Included: Guided meditation, breathwork, personalized intention setting, and optional aromatherapy for sensory relaxation.

About the Instructor: Alexis is a New York City–based dancer, choreographer, and certified sound meditation facilitator whose work centers on storytelling, movement, and healing. Through the art of sound bath meditation, Alexis creates restorative experiences that help participants find clarity, calm, and connection. Alexis has appeared on America’s Got Talent Season 10 and BET’s Spring Bling Revamped, and has collaborated with artists including Lil Wayne, Juelz Santana, and La Insuperable. Join Alexis for a transformative sound experience and let the power of sound guide you back to inner peace. Her weekly classes begin November 7, 2026, Saturdays 1-2PM
