We are pleased to invite professionals from health, legal and care sectores to The Family Journey After Injury, the next seminar in Agincare's Complex Injury Partnership Programme (CIPP).
Taking place at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on Wednesday 11th November, this seminar will explore the experiences of families following a life-changing injury and the support they need throughout the care journey.
From the immediate impact of injury and hospital care, through discharge and the transition back home and into the community, we will consider how professionals can better support, inform and involve families as partners in care.
