In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Impact Makers of Palatine is hosting a FREE Self-Defense Workshop for the local community.
This 90 minute session for anyone ages 14+ will review personal safety tips as well as practical and effective self-defense techiques. Wear comfortable excercise clothing.
Free to attend. Space is limited. Register in advance by clicking the ticket link.
In lieu of a class fee, monetary and non-perishable food donations for survivors of domestic violence and their families served by WINGS Program Inc. are greatly appreciated!
