Buckle up for the best rumpus since Where the Wild Things Are, when a girl discovers the magic waiting just outside her car window.
Mia is not excited about the long, boring drive to Nana's house.
Too many miles. Too much waiting. Too little fun.
But then her dad lets her in on a secret game and everything changes.
Now, the trip that started out so dull suddenly feels much too short! And when they finally get to Nana’s house, Mia discovers this special tradition runs deeper than she ever guessed.

AMELIA BOTHE:
Amelia Bothe is an author and illustrator from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Her debut picture book, Ellie Has a Secret, was an Amazon and B&N best pick of the month. Amelia graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2024 with a BFA in illustration and now lives in New York.
