The EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) course trains contractors who who perform renovation, reoair, or painting activities that may disturb lead based paint in pre-1978 housing and child occupied activities.
The course covers:
- class room and hands on training
- lead hazards and health effects
- EPA RRP requirements inand work prctices
- personal protective equiptment and work safety
- containment and dust control
- proper set up and cleanup
- final cleaning verification
- responsibilities of the Certified Firm and Certified Renovator
