Kick off your weekend with a free, outdoor Pilates class along the Cumberland River, brought to you by Nashville Fit Magazine and Nashville Wellness Club. Open to all fitness levels.
💚 A limited number of mats will be available, so bringing your own is encouraged!
The event will take place at Riverfront Park North on the rolling hills.
