SPORTSKIND and the Texas Exes Austin Chapter invite Austin's people-community professionals to a free evening of pickleball, conversation, and networking. No pickleball experience is required—just come ready to meet great people and enjoy an evening of community, fun, and friendly competition! We will also be providing light bites and drinks.
We’re taking over three courts at Austin Pickle Ranch on Wednesday, October 21, from 5:00–8:00 PM. You’ll enjoy professional pickleball instruction, SPORTSKIND staff-led play, light bites, drinks, and a welcoming group of Houston professionals ready to connect beyond the usual business-card exchange. Come and go as you please!
What to Expect
- 5:00 PM: Check in, stretch, warm up, and grab a drink.
- 5:30–6:30 PM: Court 1 - a professional instructor leads a guided clinic —ideal for first-time players and anyone looking to sharpen their skills.
- 6:30–8:00 PM: Courts 2 and 3 - open play and organized games. SPORTSKIND staff will manage rotations, introduce new partners and opponents, and keep things fun and moving.
- 8:00 PM: We wrap up—hopefully with a few new contacts in your phone.
Note: the format is designed to make networking feel natural, with time to socialize before play, between games, and as the evening winds down.
Why Attend
There’s no cost to attend and no formal program—just pickleball, conversation, and connection. SPORTSKIND runs adult sports leagues and corporate wellness programs across Texas, and this is our favorite way to introduce ourselves: through play, community, and a little friendly competition.
