Our free Parent & Carer Support Group offers a warm, welcoming and informal space for parents and carers to come together, share experiences and find support in navigating the challenges of raising and caring for young people.
Led by members of our experienced team, the group provides an opportunity to talk openly, exchange ideas, gain practical guidance and connect with others who understand when your child is struggling with their mental health, or when you're navigating difficult times.
Everyone is welcome, whether your child receives therapy with us or not. There's no need to book, no pressure to share, and no expectation to attend every session. Just come along when you can, enjoy a cup of tea and some biscuits, and know you're not alone.
