We can uncover our full potential when we are at peace within. Discover Sahaja Yoga Meditation, an ancient technique updated for today’s speedy and restless world.
Every session includes a guided meditation to awaken and activate the subtle, healing energy which exists within all of us. There is no charge for these classes, as we cannot pay for the awakening of our own inner energy, or our own self-knowledge.
All sessions will include guided meditation workshops and an opportunity for Q and A.
FREE Walk-ins Allowed without Registration
Registration is recommended, walk-ins welcome - space permitting.
