This Halloween, the Anchorage Symphony Orchestra brings the music to your neighborhood! Start the afternoon at 1:00 PM with Table-or-Treat: visit local nonprofits, learn about their work, and collect treats along the way. At 2:00 PM, settle in for a spooktacular free concert featuring Danse macabre, music from Harry Potter and Jaws, “In the Hall of the Mountain King,” “Ride of the Valkyries,” the Prelude from Psycho, and the thunderous 1812 Overture.
Our musicians will be in costume, and we hope you will be too. Bring the whole family!
Good to know info:
• Please, no disruptive photography or videography during the performance. Flash, raised phones, and recording can distract performers and fellow audience members.
• No candy in the theatre. Treats are handed out in the lobby before the concert; please enjoy them there or save them for later.
• Costumes are welcome! Please leave masks off or pushed up while seated so everyone can see the stage.
