Calling all mother-daughter duos in Carmel + Indy!
Talking to your tween about her periods and growing up isn't always easy, but you don't have to figure it out alone.
Join us for a free educational brunch designed for caretakers and daughters to learn, connect, and feel more confident navigating this new stage together.
We will talk to girls about their periods and what to expect, as well as educate the women in the crowd about what is 'normal' when it comes to their period, too.
We’ll be joined by Dr. Maram Said, OB/GYN in Carmel IN, for interactive, age-appropriate education that makes learning about periods and body changes feel empowering and fun.
You and your daughter will enjoy a free brunch, creative activities, and the opportunity to connect with others who are in the same stage of life.
