Give Yoga NC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free yoga classes and resources to demographics who might not otherwise have access. Our mission is simple: to bring yoga where it isn’t and have you experience that yoga truly is for everyone!
Our community classes are ALWAYS free. We’re just happy to share the practice and space with you. If you feel called to contribute, optional donations are always welcome and deeply appreciated. 🙏🩵
