About this Event

Our Free Meditation program for Fall Session, 2026 continues on Saturday mornings from 9am-10am at the Putman YWCA starting on Saturday, September 26 and runs until Saturday, December 19 (Note: there are no sessions on Saturday, October 10th or on Saturday, October 24th).


We invite you to spend a peaceful hour meditating with others at the Putman YWCA. The sessions will be led by experienced facilitators, giving you exposure to different approaches to mindfulness meditation from mostly guided to mostly silent. The meditation period is 30-45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion.

No matter your level of experience with mindful meditation, you will benefit from this hour break from everyday life.

THIS EVENT IS NOT SOLD OUT IN SPITE OF WHAT IT SAYS. There is plenty of room.

No registration is required. Please DO NOT try to register in spite of the orange "Reserve a Spot" button on the right side of the screen. Simply drop in.
