Meditation may not be what you imagine.But the most important thing is not to overthink it. Instead, experiment and, with the help of techniques, discover the meditation that resides within you.
Each meditation is unique, considering the practitioner, the day, their inner state, external challenges, and what is important for us to receive in transcendental terms.
But one thing is certain: each meditation increases the ability to control emotions and thoughts, and constitutes another brick in the co-creation of our path back to who we are as Consciousness, Love, and Bliss.
