Free Kindergarten & 1st Grade Karate Trial Week | Pflugerville, TX

Curious whether martial arts would be a good fit for your child?

Give your Kindergartener or 1st grader a full week to experience karate at Rise Martial Arts—completely free.

Designed specifically for children ages 5–7, these beginner classes combine real martial arts skill-building with the movement, structure, and encouragement younger students need. Children practice kicking, blocking, striking, balance, and partner activities while developing focus, coordination, confidence, and self-control.

Whether your child is outgoing, initially cautious, full of energy, or trying an organized activity for the first time, our instructors help them feel comfortable while encouraging them to listen, participate, and take on new challenges.

• Two beginner karate classes during your selected week
• Instruction designed specifically for Kindergarten and 1st Grade students
• Kicking, blocking, striking, and movement fundamentals
• Fun skill-building activities and beginner partner drills
• Practice with focus, confidence, coordination, and self-control
• No experience or uniform required
• Parents are welcome to stay and watch

Comfortable athletic clothing is all your child needs. No uniform or special equipment is required for the trial week.
