Join Sarah Williams at Devonport Library for this free workshop. It offers an introduction to composting with the three most common and easy composting systems that can be used in the home and garden; traditional cold composting bins, worm farms and Bokashi buckets. Sarah will have examples of the systems and walk you through setting them up from scratch and how to keep them going using your food scraps and/or garden waste. Come and discover how easy it is and what suits you best! To help you on your way, all confirmed workshop participants get a 50% discount voucher to order a compost system through our website and we’ll deliver it straight to your door. Plus, you’ll also receive a free rat trap to help keep pests under control!
This workshop is proudly supported by Auckland Council, Devonport Library and delivered by the Compost Collective.
