Free In-Person Homebuyer Education Class — Both Nights Required

Buying a home comes with a lot of questions. This free, five-hour class (split over 2 days) helps you understand the process, explore financing and down payment assistance options, and decide what steps make sense for you. Bring your questions—we’ll make plenty of room for them.

• Preparing your finances and applying for a home loan
• Loan options and Washington down payment assistance programs
• Building your team and beginning your home search
• Making an offer and navigating inspections, appraisal, and closing
• Common challenges and how to prepare for them

This class meets the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s homebuyer education requirement. You must attend the full class to receive a completion certificate.

Whether you’re hoping to buy soon or just beginning to explore, you’re welcome here. The class is free, and seating is limited, so please register in advance.
