Buying a home comes with a lot of questions. This free, five-hour class helps you understand the process, explore financing and down payment assistance options, and decide what steps make sense for you. Bring your questions—we’ll make plenty of room for them.

This class meets the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s homebuyer education requirement. You must attend the full class to receive a completion certificate.
