About this Event
Lift like a pro. D1 Training Jollyville coaches will run a 35 minute weightlifting class for each age group, so everyone trains with kids their own age. Siblings in different age groups attend their own class. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
Classes
- 10a-11a: Ages 7 to 11
- 11a-12p: Ages 12 to 18
Each class includes
- How to set up and lift safely
- Squat, hinge and press with light weight
- Speed and agility game

Who can attend
Athletes ages 7 to 18. All experience levels are welcome.
What to bring
Athletic clothes, athletic shoes and a water bottle. Parents sign the D1 Training Jollyville waiver at check-in for each athlete.
Parking and check-in
Park in the front of the building and go to the check-in desk, where the General Manager will check everyone in.
This event is free and sponsored by Texas Sports Academy, an online school built for student athletes, but you must RSVP to attend.
Reserve one free student ticket for each participating athlete. Accompanying adults do not need a ticket. If you already registered on the Texas Sports Academy community event page, please do not register again here.
