About this Event
12p-1p: Boxing 101, 3rd through 12th grade
1p-2p: Boxing 101, 3rd through 12th grade
Our first Boxing 101 at First Rule Boxing Club was so popular that we are bringing it back, this time with two separate one-hour classes. Both classes are the same, so pick the hour that works best for your family.
Coach Malaki and his team will teach the fundamentals: footwork, proper punching technique, defense, combinations, conditioning, and boxing safety. Along with technique, athletes build discipline, confidence, coordination, focus, and respect. No previous boxing experience required.
