Learn about Down Payment Assistance programs including the CalHFA, City of Garden Grove, and city of Santa Ana down payment programs offering up to $120K in down payment help. We'll also cover various first time buyer loans offering low or no down payment, credit improvement tips, the real estate process, escrow and fair housing.
