About this Event
Thinking about buying a home but not sure where to start? Let’s put the pieces together! 🧩🏡
Join us for a FREE homebuyer class where we’ll walk through the homebuying process—from getting pre-approved to getting the keys.
You’ll hear from a loan officer, a real estate agent, and a licensed title insurance agent who will explain how each piece fits together and answer your questions along the way.
We’ll cover:
🏡 Financing and pre-approval: Where to start and what to expect.
🔎 Finding the right home: Understanding your next steps as you begin your search.
📝 Offers, inspections, and appraisals: What happens once you find a home you love.
🔑 Title and closing: What goes on behind the scenes before the home officially becomes yours.
Whether you’re ready to buy soon or simply planning ahead, our goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident about your next step.
Hosted by:
• Charlotte Halverson — Real Estate Agent, Keller Williams Realty • Cassie Smith — Licensed Title Insurance Agent, South Walton Law • Mallory Fotiades — Loan Officer, CrossCountry Mortgage
