At Chang's Hapkido Academy Harrow, we can help you embrace your fitness and mindfulness goals. You'll learn a fun martial art – and feel re-energised.
Hapkido is a traditional Korean martial art of self defence. Our free taster sessions will allow you to try it out and boost your confidence in a friendly and supportive environment.
Hapkido teaches you:
