Class limited to 12 participants (then waitlisted). This demo is a free class. Just wear comfy clothes, and bring your love for movement! We were born to move!

About me: I am a licensed Groove facilitator (2019). You may have heard of Body Groove online (by creator Misty Tripoli) and this is the in-person version. It’s great fun, so come give it a try!
