📝 REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Participant Waiver, Release of Liability & Informed Consent Form
This form explains the risks and responsibilities associated with participating in Abundance Fitness activities and confirms your understanding of the participation terms.
2. Photo/Video/Testimonial Release Form
This form requests your permission for Abundance Fitness to use photos, videos, and testimonials in promotional, educational, and ministry-related communications.
Please note: Photo/video/testimonial consent is optional and is not a requirement for participation.

We’ve planned an evening filled with movement, laughter, prayer, and fellowship!
5:15–5:25 PM | Welcome & Check-In
Check in, enjoy refreshments, meet fellow participants, and open our time together with prayer.
5:25–5:35 PM | Bible Trivia Icebreaker 📖🎁
Put your Bible knowledge to the test! Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners—and they’re good ones! 😊
5:35–6:20 PM | Gospel Dance Fitness 💃🏾💕
Get ready to praise, sweat, and move!
* 5-minute warm-up
* 35-minute gospel dance workout
* 5-minute cool-down
6:20–6:30 PM | Prayer & Fellowship 🙏🏾
We’ll close our time with prayer, refreshments, and an opportunity to connect with one another.
👟 WHAT TO BRING
A few simple things will help you enjoy your experience:
* Comfortable clothing: Wear something you can move freely in.
* Clean tennis shoes: Help us keep the church dance floors—and your feet! 😊—as clean as possible.
* A water bottle (or two): There are no nearby water dispensers, so please bring enough water to stay hydrated.
* Your praise and a willingness to have fun! No dance experience is necessary. Just come as you are!
