Girls & Women’s Self-Defense 💗🥋Ages 11+ | Beginners Welcome
Bring your daughter. Bring your mom. Bring your sister, best friend, coworker—or come by yourself and meet some new women here.
This event is about giving girls and women real skills, real confidence and a community where they can practice using both.
At Gracie Largo West, we teach practical jiu-jitsu-based self-defense based around common situations women may face in real life. You’ll learn in a supportive environment where you can ask questions, practice at your own pace and discover just how capable you can be.

You do NOT need to be athletic, flexible, strong or have any martial arts experience.
This is for beginners.
And I especially love having different generations training together. There is something powerful about girls growing up surrounded by women who are learning, challenging themselves and getting stronger right beside them.
