On the 3rd Saturday of each month, Neighborhood Healthcare teams up with Feeding San Diego to provide fresh, seasonal food to our community. This is your chance to pick up nutritious ingredients for you and your family while supplies last.This month, our Healthy STAR team will also be on-site offering free blood pressure and blood sugar checks to help community members stay informed about their health.
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’ll also be sharing educational materials and resources to help promote awareness, prevention, and health education within our community.
