Join us for a fall day at Fox Haven Farm with garden tours, kids’ activities, Fire Cider making, and a fig propagation demonstration. Explore the gardens, enjoy some tea, bring a picnic lunch, and take home something to grow.

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
10–10:30 AM | Garden Tour & Scavenger Hunt
Learn about what’s growing in the herb garden, shop for seedlings, enjoy kids’ activities and a scavenger hunt, and relax with a cup of tea.
10:30 AM–12 PM | Fire Cider Making
Fire Cider is a time-honored herbal preparation made by infusing apple cider vinegar with warming, pungent ingredients like garlic, ginger, onion, hot peppers, herbs, and spices. In this hands-on activity, we’ll walk you through the steps to make your own Fire Cider to take home.
$20 per jar; advance purchase required.
12 PM | Picnic Lunch
Bring your own picnic lunch. A second garden tour will be offered for folks who did not catch the first tour.
12:30–2 PM | Fig Propagation Demo
Learn basic fig propagation techniques and take home free cuttings to grow at home.

Fox Haven is an herb farm and living classroom where people slow down, listen, and learn from the land. We offer hands-on, nature-based classes, including our herb CSA, foraging, beekeeping, bushcraft, and more, fostering deeper connections between people and nature. Rooted in education and regenerative agriculture, we provide a space for meaningful conversations and transformative workshops for all ages.
