🍂 PLANT NOW, HARVEST ALL WINTER: YOUR FREE FALL GROWING CLASS 🍂
In most of the country, October means gardens are winding down. In Central Florida, it's just getting started. The cooler, drier months ahead are some of the best growing weather of the year, and the plans you make this month decide what you'll be picking this winter and spring.
Most garden workshops around Tampa Bay charge a fee, meet in a classroom, and happen once a season. This one is FREE, it's taught every Saturday on a real working farm and nursery, and it's led by the family who uses these exact methods to grow their own food.

Whether you're starting from scratch, already have a few fruit trees in the ground, or working toward a fully self-sufficient homestead, you'll leave with a real plan, not just a wish list.
💑 Bring your spouse or partner!
The best self-sufficiency plans are the ones the whole household is on board with. Learn together and leave with next steps you can actually use.
🌱 Grow more. Rely less. Live healthier.
Stick around after class. Our team will be on hand to help you pick the right fruit trees and growing systems for your space, and our October Fruit Tree Sale (300+ varieties) runs all week. Farm admission and parking are FREE, so bring the kids for the animal encounters and a cold treat from our Indoor A/C Barn Market.
We're Plant City's own natural farm & nursery, family-owned and veteran-owned, serving Tampa Bay since 2014. We teach this class every Saturday for one reason: we believe anyone in Tampa Bay can grow more of their own food, right where they are.
