Eluroom Flow Yoga
A soul-nourishing, energetic flow designed to bring a "dose of joy" to your day. Linking breath to movement, we’ll move mindfully through creative sequences to release physical tension and quiet the mind. Combining grounding holds with fluid transitions, this class will leave you feeling strong, flexible, and beautifully centered. Open to all levels - just bring yourself and an open heart.

Kicking off with a Hermione Olivia’s official book launch and CEO Yourself bookshop from the 5th to the 12th September. We also have a sound bath with Stephanie Waxberg, manifestation workshop with Estelle Bingham and book signing and talk with author of The Book of Magical Living.
