FREE DEMO!
Fritzi Heron will be concentrating on some watercolor basics that even seasoned artists have trouble with when navigating this medium, believing that a firm foundation is always worth visiting as many times as necessary to become better at any craft. Join her as she breaks down things like the best tools for the best results, proper saturation, controlling water movement, and other basics. This demo is sure to be a hit for beginner’s and advanced watercolor artists alike.
As a native West Texan, Fritzi strives to capture the humor, sensitivity, and spirit of our people through her art.
She taught art at Permian High School for 23 years, encouraging students to explore, exhibit, and grow their talents. Her love for watercolor began in junior high while painting outdoors with her Dad, and its transparency and spontaneity continue to inspire her.
Today, she works as a studio artist and continues to share through workshops and demonstrations. Her work has received numerous awards and has been exhibited in six states, including recognition in Western Art Collector.
