This support group will occur every Third Wednesday of each month.
This Support Group is a good fit for you if:
- You or your loved one is in the process of diagnosis for any form of dementia.
- You and your loved one have just received a diagnosis; what do we do now?
- You have been a care partner for a while and need to focus on issues associated with caring for your loved one.
