Discover simple ways to create delicious, balanced meals, learn practical tips for managing blood sugar through nutrition, and explore how small changes in the kitchen can make a big difference. Guests will also have the opportunity to sample delicious diabetes-friendly dishes and take home helpful tips and inspiration to recreate healthier meals in their own kitchens!

A brief presentation on The Latest in Clinical Research will be given at the start of the event. Doors open 30 minutes before the event starts. Entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
